Egg Sandwich Spread


Ingredients

Boiled eggs – 4
Cucumber – ½ (of a single piece), finely chopped
Carrot – ½ (of a single piece), finely grated
Celery – an inch of a piece, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 stem with leaves
Crushed pepper – ½ – 1 tsp
Salt
Mayonnaise – 8-10 tbsp

Instructions

Mash the boiled eggs. Mix together all the vegetables with salt & pepper. Add the mashed eggs to the vegetables. Combine everything well and add mayonnaise. Bottle the mixture & use the spread upto one week.
